If you notice, I added the Runner's World gadget to the right ------> to help keep track of my workouts/totals. I just added it this week so I guess I'll have to go back and manually input my runs for Jan/Feb/March. I'm hoping that I can upload right from my Garmin. I have to look into it more. I was just curious if I could get it onto my blog. Glad it worked.
I have an 8 miler scheduled for tomorrow morning. I did a practice 10k yesterday. I averaged a 9:20 pace. That seems to be the magic number for me. Although I did have to check a voice mail, but that probably didn't take more than 30 seconds or so. I also had some killer hills in there - at least 3-4.
I signed up for my first 10K which will be next weekend (3/20). I'm excited because I never ran a 10k race before even though I've run the distance many, many times. I really like that distance and I'm hoping to do pretty well (under 58 minutes which again is the 9:20 pace). Just can't seem to break that, but I'll keep trying.
